Mortgage, Rent & Utility Assistance
Referrals
Housing stability is essential to overall well-being. We help individuals and families explore available programs that may provide financial assistance for mortgage payments, rent, electricity, water, gas, and other essential utilities. Our team assists with eligibility screening, application preparation, documentation, and communication with partner agencies whenever possible.
SNAP/Medicaid Application & Renewal
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps eligible households purchase nutritious food. We guide clients through both new SNAP applications and renewal processes, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and supporting them in providing any required verification documents to help minimize delays.
Medicare Savings & Medicare Advantage Program Assistance
